Global Resourcing Manager, Group
Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for global roles, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of high-quality talent. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies across digital and social media channels, managing external agency partnerships, building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The role is accountable for driving recruitment excellence, optimising processes, and aligning hiring outcomes with broader organisational goals.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent, leveraging social media, digital platforms, and emerging recruitment channels.
- Oversee the full recruitment and selection lifecycle, ensuring best practice, consistency, and a high-quality candidate experience across all stages, including leading interviews for key roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to lead recruitment delivery, providing expert guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and workforce planning.
- Manage and optimise relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment with business needs, strong employer brand representation, and cost-effective delivery.
- Establish and oversee effective candidate communication processes, ensuring timely, professional engagement and a positive employer brand experience.
- Ensure efficient management and continuous improvement of recruitment communication channels (internal and external mailboxes), maintaining high responsiveness and service standards.
- Lead the management and continuous enhancement of the careers site and global vacancy postings, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligning with the brand.
- Drive internal and external vacancy promotion strategies, including agency distribution, internal mobility, and employee referral schemes to maximise talent attraction.
- Review, standardise, and continuously improve job description frameworks to ensure consistency, and alignment with organisational needs and market competitiveness.
- Oversee all recruitment held in the HRIS, working closely with the local teams to ensure all data is up to date and accurate
- Implementation of an automatic tracking system, working with the HR systems analyst and global people team, to ensure a successful launch, including but not limited to facilitating training sessions to hiring managers that will actively use the system.
- Oversee the implementation of an automated tracking system in collaboration with the HR Systems Analyst and the Global People Team to ensure a seamless and effective rollout. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and delivering comprehensive training sessions for hiring managers who will utilise the system, and working with recruitment agencies to support the transition.
- Create and manage monthly recruitment data reports, and provide recruitment reports upon request.

- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools, with a track record of leveraging data and insights to drive effective talent attraction strategies.
- Proven ability to build, influence, and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor on resourcing strategies and market trends.
- Exhibits resilience and adaptability, with the capacity to lead recruitment delivery in a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities, with experience managing multiple, complex hiring projects across regions and functions.
- Demonstrates strategic problem-solving skills, proactively identifying challenges and implementing effective, scalable solutions.
