Senior Manager - Finance (Shared Services),

Principal Accountabilities:

• Provide oversight and leadership for global billing processes and related tasks.
• Provide oversight and leadership for global account payable processes.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of global monthly management information.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable banking activities.
• Manage team resources effectively to maintain service level agreements during staff absences.
• Identify, implement, and champion process improvements and change initiatives within the shared services function.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across global offices.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance updates as part of the Shared Services leadership team.
• Uphold client and staff confidentiality in line with company policy.
• Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by management.
