Learning Content Designer and Curator, Group
We are looking for a creative, organised and tech-savvy individual to join our small and collaborative People Development team. This global role focuses on creating, curating and managing digital learning content within our Learning Management System (LMS). You will help translate business knowledge, policies and professional expertise into engaging online learning experiences.

Working closely with subject matter experts across the organisation, you will design learning resources such as eLearning modules, videos, infographics and guides, as well as source high-quality external learning materials.
Our learning content is organised across four learning quadrants:

This role would suit someone who enjoys a mix of creative content design and structured content management, and who is comfortable using modern digital tools to support learning.
Principal Accountabilities:
Learning Content Design
-
Create engaging digital learning content for the organisation’s LMS, including:
-
eLearning modules
-
short instructional videos
-
infographics and visual learning aids
-
guides and job aids
-
podcasts or recorded discussions where appropriate
-
Work with subject matter experts across the business to translate policies, processes and technical knowledge into accessible learning resources.

Apply modern instructional design approaches to ensure content is engaging, practical and aligned with business needs.

Maintain high standards of visual design, usability and learner experience.
Use of Learning Tools, Technologies, Content Curation & Catalogue Management

Create digital learning content using modern learning tools and design platforms.

Build interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise.

Edit instructional videos and screen recordings using Camtasia.

Create graphics, visual learning materials and simple video content using Canva.

Support more advanced eLearning development using Articulate Storyline where required (experience beneficial but not essential).

Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) would be an essential.

Stay curious about new digital tools and approaches that can improve how learning is designed and delivered.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop appropriate content.

Manage multiple learning content projects and support global learning initiatives.

Provide guidance to stakeholders on effective learning formats and approaches.
Key Skills & Qualities:

Strong written and business English with excellent attention to detail.

Creative with a good eye for modern design and engaging learning experiences.

Experience creating digital learning content, eLearning modules or multimedia learning resources.

Comfortable using digital tools such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Canva, or similar platforms.

Organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Confident working with subject matter experts and stakeholders across different teams.

Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly.

Experience working with a Learning Management System would be beneficial but is not essential.
