Job Responsibilities: 

  • Roles at this level provide support, directly or indirectly to team based upon a good understanding of a technical, professional, or specialised field.
  • They plan and ensure progress within established procedures and clearly defined Company policy.
  • They are expected to identify gaps in information and conduct analyses to solve/resolve problems and issues with short-term consequences.
  • Individuals are responsible for planning and organising their own work.
  • There is a need for liaison and the co-ordination of activities across several subsections of the Company.
  • The work involves encountering changing priorities and differing situations.
 
 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support global billing processes across multiple offices.
  • Support in the maintaining of global time records and Financial Operations.
  • Support in credit control tasks for global offices.
  • Support the global monthly management information process.
  • Support global weekly KPI and financial analysis reporting.
  • Input banking in relation to Accounts Receivable.
  • Provide cover in absence of other team members.
  • Support change initiatives and finance projects.
  • Maintain client and staff confidentiality in accordance with policy.
