Global Head of Fund Services

First time fund manager:

Hawksford was tasked to support the launch of a successful investment office’s first fund structure. They had recognised the need to ensure that the fund was supported from day one by a partner that had the right day-to-day administration processes, procedures, infrastructure and a full range of related services in place to minimise risks, deal with the complexity in structuring and administering a structure, and maximise the opportunity for success.

We worked with the manager to create multiple custom reports for use by the client, including portfolio and fund accounting outputs as well as bespoke investor statements. A bespoke operating workflow was also created to align the operations of the investment manager with the fund accounting and administration teams.

Venture Capital investment advisor:

The client wanted to bring all of their outsourced administration provision under one roof as they positioned themselves for the future growth of the wider structure. Hawksford were able to transition all of the structures seamlessly and provide the full suite of administration services required, reducing the stress and administrative burden; allowing the client to focus on what mattered to them and the evolution of their business.
