Kerrie Smith - Assistant Manager, Private Client  

Kerrie is responsible for supporting senior management with the oversight of a team of administrators and is the primary contact for several UHNW families within her own client portfolio. Kerrie’s experience covers varying jurisdictions, structures and asset classes, which has allowed her to gain a high level of expertise and technical knowledge. Kerrie’s hard work has allowed her to progress quickly to a management role and to secure the trust and confidence or her clients and colleagues. She has also played a key role in the implementation of new policies and procedures.

Michael Day - Digital Marketing Assistant 

Mike joined Hawksford after gaining a 1st class honours degree in Marketing at the University of Winchester. He has long held an interest in Marketing especially with regard to the Digital side. His day-to-day responsibilities consist of supporting Hawksford’s global team in all Digital aspects, including analysing data to optimise the user experience of all three of Hawksford’s websites. He also works on different email and social media campaigns to increase Hawksford’s brand awareness, helping to drive the business forward.

Stephanie Costford - Senior HR Advisor 

Stephanie studied Human Resource Management at degree level and holds her CIPD Level 5 Diploma. She is very passionate about Human Resources and the value our profession adds to a business. Stephanie is a strong HR generalist and since joining Hawksford she has been provided with the opportunity to work as part of a Global People Team assisting with various global projects within a fast-paced environment. Being able to work alongside all our jurisdictions has enabled her to enhance her skills and knowledge.
Stephanie understands the importance of changes to employment legislation and she is responsible for making these changes relevant for our business and how they are communicated to our employees. Stephanie is looking forward to a long career within a HR/People environment.
