Client Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Client Accountant to undertake the preparation of the financial statements for a complex entity, including consolidation and to prepare VAT returns and related reconciliations whilst liaising with third parties and tax professionals.

We are looking for Company and Trust Administrators to join our Corporate and Private Client teams.

As part of a team administering a range of entities and structures, you will have the opportunity to progress your career with on-the-job training, learning and development funding and generous study leave as and when required. Junior Lawyer

Location: Jersey

We are looking for a newly qualified or Junior Lawyer join the in house legal team.

Responsibilities will include: Providing legal support to the corporate, private client and funds teams; Supporting the company secretariat team, drafting minutes and resolutions and advising on company law; Drafting, advising on and negotiating routine agreements, trust instruments, NDAs, commercial contracts; Supporting group projects to include provision of legal know-how; Dealing with complaints, claims and litigation; Preparing or assisting with the preparation of reports. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework or that of another well regulated Jurisdiction.

We are looking for highly experienced client-focused Associate Directors, Managers and Assistant Managers to join our Private Client Services Team.

Our private client services team have provided HNWIs first-class service for their wealth structures for decades, and is recognised as one of the market leaders. Clients range from entrepreneurs to large wealthy families that need assistance in managing their assets through a wide range of sophisticated structures. Our team help clients, and their advisers, set up entities and structures, provide corporate and personal trustees, directorships, members of foundations, with all their administration, accounting, reporting and governance needs.

You should have extensive experience working with private clients and structures. You will have vast experience of managing client relationships and a well-developed network of intermediaries who you trust and in turn respect you. You will demonstrate excellent commercial and leadership skills, and have entrepreneurial flair with a clear track record of consistently winning new business.
