Marisa acts in an advisory capacity to all staff on their personal and professional development and provides executive coaching across the organisation to support leadership and management development.

  • Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development – Chartered Member (MCIPD)
  • The Learning and Performance Institute  – Fellow (FLPI)
  • European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) – EQA Accredited Coach Practitioner
  • BPS – Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality (Level A & B)
