Responsibilities

Caroline has been working within the offshore fiduciary services sector for over twenty years. Her areas of expertise include financial accounting, consolidated management accounting, client accounting and client service administration. She is experienced in acquisition transactions having been on deal teams for transactions both on the buy and sell side. Caroline is a strong and experienced people manager with a real passion for developing her colleagues to enable them to reach their full potential.

Caroline’s role involves overseeing the financial performance of the Hawksford Group globally and she is responsible for a team of seven within the finance team in Jersey. Caroline works closely with Hawksford’s client teams and other stakeholders both internal and external to ensure that their needs are met in relation to financial information and management of the group working capital cycle.

Qualifications and memberships

  • Member of the society of trust and estate practitioners (STEP)
  • Member of the association of chartered certified accountants (ACCA)
