Administrator, Account Management

We are seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of Administrator with in our Account Management team.
The successful candidate will liaise with clients and coordinate with internal departments in order to provide excellent client service.

Location: Shanghai

The type of person we are looking for:

  • Detail Oriented
  • Self-organization skills and independent judgment
  • Initiative
  • At least1 year office admin experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in English or other related fields
  • TEM-6 certificate
  • Thorough knowledge of office procedures.

Principal accountabilities:

  •  Preparing documents/application in English/Chinese for our managers
  • Creating and review systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, and implementing changes.
  • Assist account managers for checking policy, process, drafting and printing documentation, and other administrative daily duties
  • Maintenance of confidential documents
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Data entry
  • Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Screening phone calls
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
