Account Manager Assistant
We are seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of Account Manager Assistant.
Successful candidate will be the professional advisor, managing provision of our services to active client portfolio. He/she will liaise with clients and coordinate with internal departments.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Analytical thinking
- Communication skills
- Self-organization skills
- Keep calm and be tough
- At least1 years corporate consulting experiences in the same or similar professional field
- Bachelor’s degree in English or other related fields
- TEM-8 certificate
- New graduated with good capability is also considerable.
- Preparing documents/application in English/Chinese for our clients
- Assist foreign account manager for checking policy, process, documentation, etc.
- Reporting and keeping records of the completed tasks;
- Liaising and coordinating work of business department and our agencies.
- Visiting client office when required
- Master business knowhow in below fields:
- -Corporate formation (FDI)
- -Change of registrations (FIEs)
- -Company liquidation and winding-up
- -Representative office deregistration
- -Foreign and domestic M&A
- -Accounting and Tax service and consulting
- -HR service
